Thank you everyone that sponsored me during the month of Movember. Thanks to you all, I was able to raise $260 which will be used to fight prostate cancer. In addition, my Movember team raised over $1500. Yay Team!
Movember ended for me at last Thursdays big gala party. It was a lot of fun. My costume this year was an “old school” cyclist. I died my moustache and hair dark black and then wore my Sugoi Picadilly cycling cap and jersey. Check it out. I think that it turned out pretty well.
I tried to stay in character throughout the party which meant that I had quite a stern look on my face. I think that some people misunderstood my demeanor and thought that I was unhappy. I say this because several people bought me shooters and highballs, both of which I am not used to drinking. A woman even asked me to dance which hasn’t happened in this century. I did decline because I did not want the first dance of the century to be to a song called “Pussy Control”. Oh well… Here are some photos from the night.
