Boston Marathon – April 20 – Goal time = 3:20 Actual time = 3:25

Subaru Shawnigan Lake Half Iron – Finish Time = 5:01 Third place in age group

North Face Challenge – Half Marathon Finish Time =  1:59:03  First place in age group

Ironman Coeur d’Alene – June 21 – Goal time = 11:30 (11:46 – didn’t quite make that goal)

Subaru Vancouver Half Iron – July 12 Finish Time =  5:08 and 2nd place in age group

Ironman Canada – August 30 – Goal time = 11:30 Finish Time = 11:27

The North Face Challenge – 80 km – October 24 – Goal time = 8:00  Finish Time = 10:15:23

Shawnigan Lake Half Ironman – May 25 25th overall and 2nd in my age category

Ride 2 Survive – June 21 I crashed so I only rode ~ 240 km

Ironman Switzerland – July 13th

Nike+ The Human Race – August 30th – PR for 10 km

Sooke Half Ironman – September 14th 24th overall and 2nd in my age category

Portland Marathon – October 5th Finished 3:32:53 – not my best but good enough to qualify for Boston

The North Face Challenge – December 06 Finished 6:45:31 for 37th place overall and 1st place in my age group
